Temps finally falling toward normal Fall weather, but still humid.  Three.one at about 26:45. 

Feeling a slight twinge in my right calf. Hopefully nothing, but tomorrow is a day off for sure.

9 with 3x9:00 at about 6:46 pace.  The rain and humidity keep lingering here and it's still about 72 in the mornings...so pretty miserable.
