I could just cut and past my post from Tuesday here:  5K in a little under 27:00 on a moderately hill course - same one as Tuesday, but ran it the opposite way.  It's still very humid despite cool temps.  
I have biometric screenings today at work for our wellness program.  8 hour fasting I can do easily, it's the no coffee until after my 11:00 AM blood draw that's going to kill me!
