5K.  Tapering now to a Half Marathon on Sunday.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Warm up .5, mid 70s and warm, but felt like going fast.
1 mile in 7:57, then I didn't feel like going fast.
walk a lap
another mile in 7:45
walk a lap
mile in about 9.

The faster mile was within 3 seconds of my season best,
and I was tired and warm, and wasn't going real hard.
Clearly in shape to break every season best.

But sometimes the foot aches and I worry about re-injuring it,
so I haven't been pushing my luck.
