Low 50s, sunny, slight breeze, pretty good.
Jog to the track, walk a lap, a little stretching.
1:59, 2:01, 1:57, 1:54, 2.5
About 7:56. SBs for 400, 800, and mile.
That isn't saying much this early, that is my in-shape 10k pace.
But the foot held up, so maybe a good year ahead.
Good as in I don't end up limping for 7 months.
Now if only I could get below 250 Lbs.
