Sunday, September 11
« on: September 11, 2016, 11:00:30 AM »
6 miles, my longest run in 11 months.  I wanted to beat the rain, but got caught in a torrential downpour for the second half of the run.  It was annoying, but cooled me off and made me run faster.  Have a nice day.

10 miles. If I had waited another hour or two to start, it would have been way less humid.

12K.  Finally some cooler seasonal September temps.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
