What time do you leave the house?A healthy baked oatmeal would be good to eat on the move. I am sure you could find a low point/calorie recipe on Skinny Taste or something similar. But note that I find nothing wrong with a 350 to 400 calorie breakfast. Gotta fuel the engine after fasting from the night before.
