5K this morning -- I just missed going under 28 minutes.  Second in my age group, which why I am so tired now -- I ran with the third finisher for almost a mile and then really hammered the last 0.6 miles.

Weights.

Walked a mile, jogged yesterday so I wanted to be cautious, but my foot felt good!

7 miles at about 8:50 pace.

Longest run in 2 months.
I have been limiting myself to no more than 5k
trying to get my sore foot feeling better.
I'll know if it worked tomorrow.

Good miles, everybody.

Nice finish Richard.  :)

10.5K for me.  Warm weather has blown in for the next couple of days.  I can wear shorts again.

10K in 48 and change. Was moving well until my legs went lactic around mile 4 and then ran on Jello legs for the rest of the way. Very weird.
