7 miles with some speedwork on a delightfully cool and dry morning.

8 miles. Best run in a while what with the perfect weather.

6.5 miles in nice cool weather including:

2-mile warm up
3 x 1 mile at LT pace with 1-minute rests
4 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
0.5 mile cool down

Had to cut it short as I was late for work.

35 minutes on the trails, as I transition back to distance running for the next few months.

12.4K.  Another nice weather day that brings out a bit of extra pace in the legs.

2 minute rest

1 x 800 meters at vo2 max

I wanted to run 2 miles at vo2 max  but i crapped out and started doing an exhausted shamble in the moonlight.
