2-mile warm up
3 x 1 mile at lactate threshold pace
4 x 200 meters with 200-meter jog recoveries
2-mile cool down

10.3K.  Beautiful summer day.  Unfortunately I spent half the day inside as I waited for the tech to change TV and internet providers for me.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

I decided to test the foot with a mile time trial.
A little warm and I was feeling a little heavy, oh well.
1 mile in 6:52. Season best by 39 seconds.
Mid season form for my distance program.
I seldom do true speed work since I generally run 10Ks or longer.

Foot felt fine afterwards. Hopefully it feels fine tomorrow.
Saturday will be three weeks since the sprain.

A couple of easy miles as a cool off jog.
