5k in 27:15.
Steady pace all the way. Didn't feel that hard.
I could have maybe gone under 27 with a kick,
but the hamstrings were tight and I played it safe.
2nd 5k since I started back up 21 days ago.
Just over a minute faster than before.
Also a best 2 mile by over a minute.
If I can manage a 4 miler tomorrow, and add a mile a week,
I can hit my target half marathon despite being injured for 4 months.
