surreal. i ran in shorts, tshirt and sunglasses past people still out icefishing.

only 1.7 miles but it is my longest of the year and only the seventh run so far.
with the ab routine and pushups i'm starting to feel muscles - or at least feel sore.
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.

Found a quarter on my run, but strangely I've found about a dozen of those small pesky dimes over the past couple of months.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
