walked 4 miles. I was supposed to do a HM tomorrow, but due to car trouble, I am not going. I even tapered for the event. I guess I may do some longer run, but I have not decided yet.
Find an open track and run a half marathon time trial. 54 laps plus 320 meters (shortness prevention included)Or just a 10k time trial. If you are at peak fitness, get something from it.
