Whoohoo! How ya feeling?
It's been a bad training month! I've been getting in the miles, but feeling like shit...and slow...I really needed this 20 for some confidence...everything has gone so well for the last year, and suddenly, a month before the marathon, I'm feeling like a newb!
Fionn, you're at the point in your training where it's SO crucial take care of yourself. That high mileage wears you down! Make sure you're getting proper rest, sleep, good nutrition and fueling. Take care of that machine!
