Seven miles with a friend at 6 am.  I always run faster when I run with her, and then when we split I get to shuffle home up the hill for a mile.  Hadn't run Friday or Saturday so glad I got this done.

The first post-marathon run.   4 miles.   Happy to be running, but ooof my legs are still deeply tired.

I did 7 trail miles.  Felt good to start extending past 6 miles.

19.5K.  Unseasonably warm at 12C (54F).
