8 miles…first 5 with friends from work, then we ran (not raced) a 5K our coworker coordinated and our company sponsored. Then we ate eggs.

9.5 trail miles. Felt great.
ETA: Funny how you can feel like such a badass on a run, and then feel like a creaky old lady 5 hours later.
