Long day, felt tired and had a headache when I got home, just as it started to get really dark and pour rain. Speedwork on the treadmill for about an hour - 20 min warmup, intervals, 10 min cooldown. Felt like a new person after. I loved it. Does that make me weird?

Another 60 minutes on the treadmill.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
