I just found an Ina garten recipe. I'll try it! It's so expensive here and it's not that great, and not easy to find all of the time.

i like to serve it with a healthy sprinkling of cracked black pepper and fresh-from-the-oven ciabatta (or another really crusty bread).

Yes. I made it here. Here u can find good milk and me and my wife studied how to do it on the web. Not so easy but you can do also Mozzarella.  Its fantastic to have a Caprese. Mozzarella and slices of tomatoes.

Thanks rio. I liked to write on a italian soccer forum. Then I start running by myself and so I start lookin for a running forum.
