Horner took a 6 hour training ride to console himself -- while journalists waited...and waited...and waited. He's looking at the Canadian races coming up.
Only if the snow melts.I suppose that's why Svein Tuft rides for an Australian team.
Very cool. Any stories?
From what I've read Tuft is an entirely different breed from most cyclists. Just in case you haven't seen any of them. http://velonews.competitor.com/2013/07/news/the-oldest-tour-rookie-of-the-modern-era-svein-tuft-is-a-rider-like-no-other_293692http://www.bicycling.com/news/2013-tour-de-france/tour-features/svein-tuft-s-curious-road-franceAnd since this started with a Horner thread -- his contract with Lampre is still up in the air. That's understandable since he spend so much of this year injured and then sick and then excluded from the Vuelta. I hope he gets a contract because that's not a great way to end a career.
