this may be a silly question, but do you include fish when you say no seafood?
I like eating lemons straight up with salt.
Morroccan preserved lemon is supposed to be delicious. I looked at a recipe and then never made it, but it's still on my list of things to make.
make yourself ceviche. it's so, so simple and so, so good for you. and you won't have to share. since it's typically served with corn on the cob and potatoes AND the majority of the ceviche prep is done the day before it won't be a big deal to grill a different protein for him when you eat.
