I've been on a bread baking jaunt the last couple of weeks, using my bread machine to make dough, then rising and baking in the oven. Well the rising bit has been a bit problematic - the keep warm setting is too high, so I've been starting it at warm, then turning on the oven light and hope it works.
Well last night I started doing the usual when I discovered MY FRACKIN OVEN HAS A PROOFING SETTING!!!!!!
Who the hell knew!
