4.3 miles, recovering from yesterday. Broke in a new pair of shoes I'm going to use as my recovery shoes, the Brooks Glycerin 22.

Weather was gorgeous.

Glycerin 22 are one of my training shoes in rotation. I love them.

Still in recovery mode, especially working 12 hour days for the past three days at the Toronto Waterfront Marathon Expo, mostly standing and working a cash.

Nice. I always try to do my research but everything seems like a paid ad anymore besides personal suggestions.
