5.1 hilly miles at an easier pace. I weighed doing a treadmill run because they were calling for rain but I decided to hit the road and got lucky. It was kind of humid but not too hot.

4 miles with hills here and high 60’s temp. Have my bladder chemo infusion tomorrow so probably Sunday or Monday before I’ll get another run in. Building to 7.9 miles for my 79th bday on the 20th, but it’s been so busy lately I’m definitely behind schedule. But then again 5 to 7.9 isn’t any kind of too major a jump.

Wow glwescott, you're running on chemo?!

Rest day here but I'm feeling the benefits of the runs, short as they are.  I actually felt like running today, but sticking to the plan as much as possible.

It's our fair weekend here and I'm the secretary  treasurer so not sure how it will work for runs, but going to try.

Yeah, RioG, but it involves infusion into the bladder then wait an hour and drain and then another chemo also into the bladder then drained. There are minimal systemic effects because of the localization of treatment in the bladder.

Basically, my issue is yours, there seem to always be life events lurking to impact your running schedule and we all know consistency is key.
