An perfect Autumn day, sunny and warm. Was probably enjoying the sunshine too much as I was 2/3 through the planned distance and tripped over a clearly painted speed bump in a parking lot I was cutting through. Rolled when hitting the ground and skinned one knee. Blood dripped down a couple of inches before I hit a community centre washroom and cleaned myself up a bit. Still able to finish the run without too much trouble. 21.5K
