Had the masters 5K XC championships in nearby Boulder this AM. Crisp morning (sub-freezing overnight), 39 F at the start.
Ran fairly even splits of 6:27, 6:31, and 6:30 to finish 2nd in my age group (1st recently won two world championship races, and set the American record in the 1500 and mile) and our team won.
