Worked a half day at our downtown store. Ran home at 1pm. Mostly uphill for 11.75K. 117 meters worth of elevation according to my Garmin.

Double that was meant to be a single.
I wasn't recovered from yesterday's 12 mile run and made 4.7 this morning, later did 5.1. That felt a little better.
