After last Sunday’s New Hampshire, senior games, where I competed in the 50, 100, 200 and long jump, I decided to shut it down for outdoor masters track season and start jogging for a few months before I sprint in indoor season.
So, today I did my first distance run in quite a long time. I ran the flats and the downhills, and walked the uphills, a total of about 3 1/4 miles. It went better than I expected.
