An hour of physical therapy this morning beginning work on strengthening the intact muscles in my right rotator cuff followed by 5 mile run and a 1/2 mile cooldown walk. Faced with whether or not to have surgery to repair a completely severed supraspinatus muscle in my rotator cuff and have 3 to 6 miles off running, I decided to go the let’s see if we can just strengthen the other muscles to improve function and keep running route instead.
