Another 11.75K morning run, before the rains came. Legs had more life in them.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

4 miles. A bit later in the day. Just got back from orthopedist appointment. Apparently my ice fall last January did more damage than I thought. I have a torn rotator cuff issue. Now have to decide whether to opt for surgery. At 77, I know I heal slower and would be facing at least 3 months of no running and possibly longer. On the other hand, while I can live with things as they are, another fall and I will be looking at shoulder replacement instead of tendon repair.  Ah such fun.
