4 miles under a beautiful blue sky. Temperature was in the mid 50°F range. Quite a change from yesterday.

17.6 miles with short warm up and cool down and 25K between was a progression. I dialed back a bit from last week, which was too hard.

Led out Run Club. Got caught in a cold, windy downpour. Yuck! 6.5K.
