7k in the park grass/gravel loop (700m x 10 laps)
17*C lovely evening and the park was dry enough to run after mostly drying out from last week’s rains.
“Supra-threshold intervals” 4x 4:30 at ~10k pace

Some early morning plodding due to a little aggravation of the piriformis (I know, I sound like a broken record) from yesterday's tempo like run with Run Club. 6K.

Temps just above freezing.
