I got a portable induction cooktop

And I love it!! So much cooler. I had to get two new skillets but so far I like it much, much better than cooking with gas. I made corn tortillas last night. Usually I have to move the skillet around because the heat is uneven, and the tortillas stick. Last night they came out perfectly. But most importantly, I wasn't sweating while cooking from the gas flame.

We’ve been using our induction cooktop since June when our remodel was completed. I’d never willingly go back to gas. Induction is so much faster to heat, reacts immediately to changes, will actually melt chocolate without burning and simmer as well as sear perfectly.  Perhaps best is it is so incredibly easy to clean!
