Had a bumpy couple weeks with that cold but seem to have turned the corner. Did a little over an hour today with 3 mile tempo in new super shoes 6:46, 6:41, 6:40. I think I'm ready as I can. Forecast not great but better than NYC where it's expected to be uncomfortably warm. We'll expect 58-62, humid, breezy.

Ran back to the dealership service shop to pick up my work truck. A more direct route in the early morning, and a Halloween worthy 6.66K.
