feeling good, trying for a long run - don't laugh 1.9 mile goal is long if you haven't run consistently in a while...

so anyways, i get a calf cramp coming around the corner towards home and think i pulled /strained something in there and had to stop the run a little short of goal.

not sure when i will trot again.
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.

9.3 k for my 9/3 power test.
Crushed rock rails-to-trails trail. Slight uphill to start (1%) then u turn back to trailhead.

It’s funny cause it’s basically flat, but the course profile on my apps looks the same as a double digit grade climb. Since the vertical is scaled to the min/max of the workout :)

36*C , ~100F (in the shade, which is where I ran)

Good power and hit a new 90-day max, only by a hair so the critical power numbers don’t change.

Mostly just glad to get out and run on one of my fave trails after a busy stressful weekend.

Sorry about your injury, Morefoo.
