4K on my home trail
PR’d the loop
No big deal since it’s usually a recovery loop for me.
Only the second time I went under 7:00/km for it.
Thursday’s goal was to maintain a projected 25k race pace/power, which I was able to do almost spot on. HR was tracking upward though #humidity (would not have been sustainable in this weather.)
Approx 24*C and >75%RH
Good to have a good solid run after a couple of very “meh” runs (i.e. undernourished)
