Took 4 days off to placate my complaining left knee. As such, my "run evert day in 2022" resolution has changed to "take no days off in 2022". After all, skipping a day due to injury is not the same as "taking it off".

Sounds legit. Keep up the good work and always listen to your body.

7.5km trail run, after dark, loving the new waist mount light. I feel like I see roots and rocks better with the light (and shadows) than I do in midday on an overcast day with no shadows.

Easy run all the way.

And just like that 5 days in a row (two of which were unscheduled). I’m having the opposite problem!!!
