6.5 miles on the treadmill on Saturday (a foot of snow on the ground and it was about 6 degrees out), Sunday did 12.8 miles north of Boulder with some from our masters team. Mostly snow covered dirt roads but we found some mile or so long stretches where snow had been scraped off, so just mildly muddy but good footing. Avg. 8:12 pace.
Ran 46 miles last week and skied three times for a total of 10.5 hours of aerobic training. Maybe I'm an addict?
