Thanksgiving day (11/25) runs

Ran a 5K race this morning. Then I had two beers after the race. Now I’m going to take a nice nap, before we head out to DW’s cousin’s. Happy Thanksgiving!

10k here, 47:01 (had to park 1 mile from the start, so technically I've run more like 8 today)

8.5K yesterday. 8.3K today.

Feeling a bit more fatigued than expected. Could be my Moderna booster last evening.

7.1 on a snow-covered but unplowed mountain road at 9000 feet to 9400. 9:15 pace.
