Th - AM 6.5 with some speed/hills: 4X 45 sec hill reps, 2X 1:20 at mile pace; PM 4.7
F - 7.1 easy but felt tired
Sa - 11.2, did the Michigan workout with 1600 m, 1200 m, 800 m, 400 m (2 min recovery) alternating with 1 mile tempo effort. Ran the reps at 6:06, 4:28, 2:58, 81, the tempo parts were 6:29, 6:25, 6:24
Su - 12.7 at 8400' to 9000' avg 8:09/mile
60.7 miles, five out six weeks at 60+. One more big week then some races in Sept.
