More hilly terrain! 11.4km road route in the evening before/during sunset. 250m total ascent.
This was my first “real” run since breaking my ribs 3 weeks ago. Felt really good. I split run/walk 60/40 by running all uphill and select descents.
It was very hot at the start but no issues other than a little HR spike early in the run. Just super excited to get to run again!!!
