I did an double, 4.3 and 3.9. It's chilly (low 30s) but not bad.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

it was a warm 37 degrees and kind of had sunlight so an initial run of the year (1.25 miles).
The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.

1.0km aborted trail run. 12*C 55%RH but it had to be colder than that!

Lost my Stryd power chip in first 200m and spent 15 minutes walking around looking for it. Found it but by then I was chilled and not feeling well so called it a day.

One positive was that it was my first session to actually run, though that was less than 5% of the short workout.
