Modified HR and Power targets in order to limit to high zone 2 on the 8 30-second strides. (Walked the recovery sections to help keep HR down). Also walked first 5 minutes and last half hour cooldown so overall this was about 35% running.
Felt awesome and it was great to do the 30-second stride intervals at what I hope to be my half-marathon race pace. Good news is those strides still felt “relatively easy” so I think I can get there by next month...
