This got rave reviews at my house. I like using the instant pot for this kind of thing so here is an IP version. I served it with a spicy stirfry but I think curry or teriyaki or bbq would have been better. Or just strait out of the pot.

Inspired by the person who used to post here with twins and was a photog and then wrote romance novels and now I dont know what. Who posted about it on IG the other day.
