First 70F degree day. Glorious. Social distancing a bit of a challenge on the trails, but got out early enough to avoid the bigger afternoon crowds.

Gorgeous and warm here, too.  It'll hit 80F. Ran early when it was more like 60 and got in 8 miles: 6 mile progressive and then 2 gentle miles to get in some distance w/o too much stress.

Perfect day here too. 60s and clear. 13.6 miles with progression at the end.  I purposely did not look at watch to check pace and splits but ran by effort.

52 miles on the week, two moderate-level workouts.

4 miles earlier today. Our town implemented a mandatory mask wearing went outside on public roads. Ridiculous in our neighborhood but my route does take me past the police station. Running with asthma and a bandana mask is difficult. I pulled it up whenever someone with a mask approached although it’s easy to avoid coming close to anyone out here. Whatever. Brutally hot, 75°.
