5M progressive with a friend.  Stopped by a friend's house en route who is due in a few weeks.  Chatted from a very safe distance.  So nice!

This was the first time I ran 2 consecutive days w/o mega foot pain in a looooong time.  winning

Good to hear your are picking it up with no pain diablita - keep the ball rolling

Planned rest day. Terrible work day. Not too terrible, but the morning was stressful coordinating all this stuff for the mucky mucks that be mucky muckers.

Been on a 6-7 day cycle for the past two or three months, and will go one more or so. Then will edge to a 9 or 10 days on, one day off and will probably keep it there indefinitely (was 12-20 for past several years, but that caught up to me last fall).

Another crazy workout challenge tomorrow. 110 m (around a diamond to simulate baseball), then 1100 m time trial to simulate circumference of the field. Think I'll do it on the turf at a park and try to get a higher strava segment ranking in the process.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

Nice weather day. Thought I would do a tempo 10K, but piriformis syndrome acted up, so a slightly quicker than average 15K was plan B.
