Fire Cider Recipes

I ordered fire cider just for shits and giggles and my boss tried it and is convinced it has cured what ails him so I thought I would make my own batch.  Got any good recipes or should I just grab one off the internet?  This stuff certainly stinks and my belly is quite warm.  :e)

I like it as is and don't mind drinking it when I'm feeling puny.  For my DH I have to add fruit juice usually.
