6 x 200m, one from each lane, 5 mins rest after each set of two.

My legs were really tired after another week of P90X3 so these were only done at 80% top speed. My asthma’s been really bad recently so I focused on breathing technique- the 1:2 method. Very important to not pass out at age 60 after a hard 30 -38 seconds of sprinting.
