Went out early for a 10k time trial.
Temp was cool at 630am.
Still got a touch of flu, coughed up some phlegm,
Foot ached a little, joints ached some, felt blah.
Gave up after 2 miles.
Heading for a 1 minute SB, but just didn't feel like putting up with the pain.
Walked a lap, did a set of bleacher repeats (substitute for hill repeats)
