Went out for a 10 miler.
Heat and wind too much.
Ran 6 miles, walked 2 laps, ran 2 more, walked a lap, ran 2 more.
Drank 3 pounds of water and gator, still lost 2.5 pounds.
Almost a long run. OK for an early try.
The audience was not impressed and pooped on the track.

Oh, and a couple hours in the sun leads to .... sunburn.
My arms aren't bad, but my upper ankles to mid thighs are a little bit pink.
