There's a recipe on the package but I plan to follow this today: https://www.chowhound.com/recipes/japchae-korean-stir-fried-sweet-potato-noodles-30269

I've made them before.  They're delicious.  Can you get sweet potato noodles there?

Followed the recipe (except I used honey instead of brown sugar) and it was fabulous. Served with kimchee on the side.
