3 miles.

7 degrees out there this morning BEFORE the windchill.  At least -5 with the wind.

Picked a good week to dial back the mileage a little.

I wimped out and waited until it warmed up to 9° outside before running 3.3 miles. It was sunny and windy too. Then I came in and did various weights for about 20 minutes .
